ORDERING A written purchase order sent via EDI, fax, Email or regular mail must be received before shipment.

MINIMUM ORDER Most minimum orders require the purchase of 36 or more units. DELADIEP, INC. reserves the right to change minimum order requirements without advance notice.

PAYMENT Payments may be made by company check, money order, cashier check or COD payable to DELADIEP, INC. P.O. Box 1341, Sugar Land, TX 77487 or directly to Hibernia Bank, 3475 Phelan Blvd., Beaumont Texas c/o of DELADIEP, INC.. Credit cards are not accepted. Those wishing to set up a payment plan should apply for credit. Write us and we will fax you a copy of our credit application.

PACKING Shipping prices are for standard packouts only. Please call for pricing on special packaging. Call for exact weight and carton size.

UPC BARCODE Each saleable item labeled with scannable Universal Product Code (UPC) barcode when possible.

PRE-TICKETING Merchandise ticketed with retail information at point of manufacture upon request (except for items shelf-labeled with retail price). Additional charge may apply.

DISPLAYS All our display stands include a header and are packed knocked down in UPS size cartons (whenever possible). In some cases, display stands and header may be packed with 100 units depending on your requested order. Contact us for more information.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING Most orders are shipped FOB Sugar Land, Texas. All UPS or other small package shipments will be billed accordingly. Standard motor freight or UPS shipping charges will be added to orders unless you prepay shipping or your order qualifies for free shipping or quanity discount.

RETURNS A DELADIEP, INC. Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns or shipments or returns will be refused. Please call or write for authorization. All returns (other than for faulty shipments or products) must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of issuance of authorization. A 25% repacking charge will be applied.

CLAIMS Please file for any damage during shipment directly with the frieght carrier. If there is a shortage or defect in products shipped by DELADIEP, INC. please make a notation on the receiving papers upon receipt of shipment and send copies to DELADIEP, INC. within 15 days. Failure to notify DELADIEP, INC. within 15 days of receipt will constitute acceptance of shipment.

GUARANTEE DELADIEP, INC. guarantees that all products will perform to the purpose for which they were designed and represented, and will be free of any defects in materials or workmanship. DELADIEP, INC. will issue a refund or credit, or will replace such items as warranted. DELADIEP, INC. reserves the right to change product specifications without advance notice.

TERMS Net 30. Any account over 30 days will be charged a 1 1/2% (18% annual) service charge. Accounts over 60 days will be placed on COD until account is brought current. New accounts may require credit references and signed credit application. Contact us for more information.
